| 1. Aluminium Fabrication |
|
Using materials supplied by COMALCO, ALSPEC, JGAMES, BORAL (Australia) and from other sources to meet customer's demand.
With modernized machines and skillful workers, we produce a wide range of high quality porducts:
- Exact connection and fixing sections.
- Soundless opening of door and windows.
- No rain penetration.
- Air tight (no loss of cool air).
Assembling capacity at workshop: over 100 sets per day.
Supplying and/ or installing anodized and powdercoated aluminum to construction sites with our own skilled engineers and staff.
We follow the designs created by customers.

| 2. Powder Coating |
| Our continuous automatic powder coating paint line operated in June 1993, first introduced powder coating to Vietnam, with capacity of 1,000 - 1,500 sqms per day. |
| Metal pretreatment - all surfaces are treated and dipped into a special chemical to enhance the adhesive quality of the powder as well as minimize corresion. |
| Paint booth with 4 guns. |
| Multi-section consecutive automatic line with 10m long oven to enable the painting of large-sized items. |
| Using paint powder of high quality and wide color range (over 100 colors). |
| We can apply powder coating for various metal and in particular, aluminum sections for door making etc with mechanical endurance stability from influence of UV ray. |
